WebI was having a lot of fun with ambusher. I run it with 2 short swords. Generally throw all my knives, 1 of the swords and try to find a 2handed weapon. The short sword is sort of weak but the speed you swing with it is amazing. I fended off a group of 3 that went after me with it. You can definitely catch people off guard with its speed. WebAmbusher is for taking out specific hard targets and picking off low hp stragglers. WebAs for the Ambusher, I feel as if the subclass underperform because it is A. Overshadowed by the other subclasses and B. Has the wrong audience. Both are throwing classes, yes, but considering 2/3 Archer subclasses deal next to no damage, it makes more sense for the Ambusher to belong to the Archer. WebHowever I do know that the cudgel even against knights is pretty pitiful. Ambusher in general is not in a great place in TO modes due to 1vXing being the most valuable thing in that mode and ambusher's best weapon is the Short sword which is decent in 1v1 and the best option for 1vX but even then it still sucks at 1vX. shutdown sequence
