WebFNH 200 is more food processing, manufacturing and basically the food science. I had a pretty easy prof (Siyun Wang) and only had one assignment on mushrooms which was kind of vague but easy to do well on if you have the right points. This course was not hard ended up with a high 80. WebFNH 200 is taken by a lot of people because its relatively easy and kind of interesting (intro to food science/processing), plus the prof likes to bring in food.
