WebFor non-movement you're supposed to use Rune, but yeah, Incanter's is run on pretty much every fight where you have to move more than every 30 seconds or so. It's not horrible in the slightest. It is by far the beat in terms of gameplay. Putting down a new rune every 2mins or less suck so much balls.
