AzCopy uses server-to-server APIs, so data is copied directly between storage servers. These copy operations don't use the network bandwidth of your computer. You might be able to do this with the SAS Universal Viewer: http://support.sas.com/software/products/univiewer/#s1=1 I.e. open it in 32bit version of that, then save to flat file.
